In May 2026, Khanh Hoa Provincial People's Committee issued a decision to lease land in phase 1 to Trung Nam Ca Na Industrial Park Infrastructure Investment Joint Stock Company to implement the project of investing in construction and business of infrastructure of Ca Na Industrial Park - phase I.
According to the decision, Khanh Hoa province leases 1,386,711.7m2 of land in Ca Na commune to businesses to implement the project.
Land lease is carried out without auctioning land use rights and without bidding to select investors to implement projects using land.
The purpose of use is industrial park land for investment in construction and business of infrastructure of Ca Na Industrial Park - phase I. The land use period is up to 2075, equivalent to 50 years.
According to the approved decision, the State leases land with one-time payment for the entire lease term.
Projects are eligible for land rent exemption for a basic construction period of no more than 3 years.
After a basic construction period, the project continues to be completely exempt from land rent throughout the lease term for an area of 1,386,711m2.
After receiving land allocated in the field, the investor is responsible for paying land rent; carrying out procedures to be exempted from land rent according to the provisions of law (if any)...
