The project has basically completed the rough and finishing parts such as floor tiles and Inax tiles on the outside of the house.
From the date of July 1, 2022, signing the contract addendum to adjust the time for implementing the bidding package until December 31, 2022, the contractor implemented the work items of the bidding package very slowly, at some times not at all. construction on site; There are no drastic solutions, no concentration of human resources, machinery and equipment to speed up the construction progress to complete the package as planned.
By December 31, 2022, the implementation volume of the new bidding package will reach about 79% of the contract value; The investor, project management unit, and supervision consultant have worked, checked and confirmed the volume of the bidding package's site, and have made a record of the delay in construction progress of the main building block and other items. auxiliary project under the Health Education and Communication Center Project in Quang Binh province, because the contractor did not complete the schedule according to the signed contract.
On July 29, the Management Board of Civil and Industrial Construction Investment Projects of Quang Binh province informed that the construction progress of the construction package was prolonged, so the price of materials and fuel fluctuated a lot. The contractor carrying out the construction and installation package of the main house and auxiliary items was sluggish, did not have drastic solutions, did not focus on human resources, machinery and equipment, so it did not complete according to the contract schedule.
The completion of the adjusted design documents by the design consulting unit is still slow and does not follow the agreed contents between the investor and relevant units. The total disbursed value is more than 39.4 billion VND.
