On July 3rd, information from Hacom Lao Cai Investment Joint Stock Company, the unit has just announced the receipt of applications to buy social housing phase 1 at the Yen Ninh Social Housing Project, Yen Bai ward, Lao Cai province.
This is the first sale of the project with 341 apartments in buildings A1 and B1, creating opportunities for people with housing needs to access affordable and fully legal apartment funds.
According to the announcement, the time to receive applications takes place from August 3rd to September 5th, 2026 (excluding Sundays and holidays), in the morning from 8am to 12pm, and in the afternoon from 1:30pm to 5:30pm.
Dossiers are received directly at No. 681 Dien Bien Street, Yen Bai Ward and 1st floor, building A2, Hacom Riverside Social Housing Area, Lao Cai Ward.
The temporary selling price (including 5% VAT) averages 17.99 million VND/m2, fluctuating around 15.7-19.9 million VND/m2 depending on location, floor, direction and apartment area. This price does not include 2% maintenance costs.
The investor said that the official selling price will be determined after completing the audit and finalization and being inspected by the Lao Cai Provincial Department of Construction. If there is a difference compared to the estimated price, the handling will be carried out according to regulations, ensuring the rights of buyers.
The purchase and sale contract is expected to be signed in September 2026, and the apartments will be handed over in the second quarter of 2027.
The Yen Ninh Social Housing Project was approved for investment policy by the People's Committee of Lao Cai province (old Yen Bai) in Decision No. 1795 dated October 30, 2025, assigning Hacom Lao Cai Investment Joint Stock Company as the investor.
The project is built on a land area of more than 22,000 m2, including 5 11-story apartment buildings and 1 attic, with a scale of about 807 apartments, meeting the housing needs of more than 2,100 residents. Total investment capital is about 864.7 billion VND, operating term is 50 years from the date of land allocation.
