Eligible to sell 2,343 houses formed in the future in Ha Long Xanh

Quang Ninh - The Department of Construction has just issued a document confirming that it is eligible to sell 2,343 houses formed in the future at the Ha Long Xanh Complex Urban Area project.

According to the Quang Ninh Provincial Department of Construction, based on the provisions of current law, opinions of relevant agencies, the actual implementation situation of the project to date..., the Quang Ninh Provincial Department of Construction confirmed and announced that 2,343 houses formed in the future at the project, invested by Vingroup Group - Joint Stock Company and Vinhomes Joint Stock Company, are eligible to be sold or leased for purchase of houses formed in the future.

The Vinhomes Ha Long Xanh project - a coastal megacity - is currently attracting great attention in the market. The project has a scale of more than 4,100ha, with a total investment of about 18 billion USD, implemented in the former Ha Long City and former Quang Yen town, now Tuan Chau and Ha An wards, Quang Ninh province.

This urban area is oriented to become a "city of wonders" by Ha Long Bay, with a diverse ecosystem including housing, commerce, resorts and synchronous amenities. The project is expected to provide more than 55,000 products, meeting a population scale of about 244,000 people.

With its location adjacent to Ha Long Bay and strategic transport infrastructure, including the Hanoi - Ha Long high-speed railway line, with the final station located right in this urban area, Ha Long Xanh urban area is expected to become one of the largest megacities in the North, contributing to promoting economic and tourism development in the region.

Currently, there is no official selling price from the investor. The project is expected to open for initial sale around May 2026.
