On March 4, the Department of Construction of Da Nang City announced that it had announced social housing eligible for sale and lease at social housing apartments at lot B4-2, Bau Tram Lakeside Green Urban Area, Lien Chieu District, Da Nang City. This project provides a total of 1,461 social apartments, of which 1,153 have been sold, 12 are waiting for sale and 296 are ready to be rented.
However, the Department of Construction also noted that Saigon - Da Nang Investment Joint Stock Company (project investor) is currently mortgaging 281/296 apartments for lease at Vietnam Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Industry and Trade (VietinBank - North Da Nang Branch). Therefore, before conducting any sale or lease transaction, the investor needs to carry out the procedures for disbursement in accordance with the provisions of the Housing Law 2023. The investor must release part or all of the project or house and land use rights before signing a contract with the customer, except for some cases of exception as prescribed.
The Department of Construction also requested Saigon - Da Nang Investment Joint Stock Company to be responsible for the accuracy of the data provided. At the same time, fully implement legal procedures related to notification, receipt of documents, approval and signing of social housing purchase and rental contracts in accordance with regulations.
