The People's Committee of Da Nang City said that it has just announced the short-term lease of 30 plots of land with prime locations, diverse areas and diverse uses.
In particular, this locality has reserved 11 plots of land for the purpose of implementing parking. Of which, Ngu Hanh Son district has 4 lots, notably the 9,908m2 land plot on Ngu Hanh Son street, formerly owned by the Central Seafood Import-Export Joint Stock Company. In Son Tra district, there are 7 lots, notably a 7,795m2 land plot located right at the Ngo Quyen - Vuong Thua Vu intersection.
The remaining 19 plots of land are allocated for commercial service purposes and traffic works, stretching across Cam Le district, Ngu Hanh Son district, Son Tra district and Hoa Vang district. In particular, the land plot has an area of 14,430m2 in Khai Tay 2 resettlement area and more than 23,700m2 in Ba Tung resettlement area expanded phase 3.
Currently, the Department of Natural Resources and Environment is urgently completing the determination of starting prices, expected to announce them as soon as possible.
