Hanoi - According to Phu Nghia Commune People's Committee, in the first quarter of 2026, nearly 500 households voluntarily dismantled works and houses, and handed over land for the National Highway 6 upgrade project.

On April 6, information from Phu Nghia Commune People's Committee said that in the first quarter of 2026, the commune will focus on urging construction units to accelerate the progress of projects being implemented with a drastic and urgent spirit.

In the first 3 months of 2026, Phu Nghia commune will focus on implementing site clearance for the project to renovate and upgrade National Highway 6, Ba La - Xuan Mai section in the area.

To date, nearly 500 households and individuals have voluntarily handed over land and dismantled works and houses on land within the project area.

The Commune People's Committee continues to coordinate with the City Traffic Board to organize inventory and develop compensation and support plans for households. At the same time, urge construction units to accelerate progress on sections of the route that have completed site clearance.

Along with that, the Commune People's Committee urged contractors to accelerate the progress of 8 projects being implemented in the area, including: Dong Phuong Yen Kindergarten; Dong Phuong Yen Secondary School; Truong Yen Secondary School; Thanh Binh Elementary School; renovation and upgrading of Truong Yen - Trung Hoa - Tot Dong road; road from National Highway 6 to Trung Hoa Commune People's Committee; construction of technical infrastructure to implement land use rights auctions in Dam Tieu area; renovation of Ta Tich embankment in Dong Son commune.

Organizing the commencement of construction of 5 projects including: building Dong Son Secondary School; renovating and upgrading the inter-communal concrete road to the waste collection point of Go Dong Hum area (Trung Cao village); renovating and upgrading the road from National Highway 6 to the domestic waste collection point of Phu Yen village; renovating and upgrading the road from Dong Moi area to Dong Ca area; renovating and upgrading Ao Chua Cu (Luong Son village, Phu Nghia commune).

The investment preparation project includes 2 projects: construction of technical infrastructure for the residential land use right auction area in the interspersed area of Lung Vi village; construction of technical infrastructure for the residential land use right auction area in Dong Luoi area (Yen Kien village).

Currently, the contractor selection for the project to renovate and upgrade the craft village road in Phu Nghia commune is being organized.

Construction design is being implemented for 2 projects including: building technical infrastructure for new rural residential areas to implement the auction of residential land use rights in Dong Tra area; renovating and upgrading National Highway 6 through Dong Son Commune People's Committee (old) to Quoc Oai commune.

At the same time, it is implementing the adjustment of 3 projects including: restoring and embellishing Dong Cuu Pagoda; restoring and embellishing Dong Cuu Pagoda; restoring and embellishing Chi Ne Pagoda.
