On June 27, according to reporters' records in the Suoi Vang lake area (LangBiang ward - Da Lat), after functional forces made a record and requested Mr. Tran Ngoc Sang to restore the status quo, the violating area had excavators leveling the ground.

However, by the time of recording, the restoration and remediation of the current situation has not been thoroughly implemented.
Part of the soil and sand was scooped up and dumped back into a hole about 2m deep and about 50m long - an area previously dug to take soil from the lake.
Most of the remaining volume of soil is built into taluy banks running along the edge of the lake, surrounding the lakeside construction area.
Observations from above show that before the incident occurred, Mr. Tran Ngoc Sang's concrete pillar-built hut was protruding out of the lake, beyond the fence line of the land area.

After the leveling process, the newly built soil has surrounded this area, causing the project to be located inside the taluy bank and the newly built soil area.
At the scene, there are still many new excavation traces, and many locations have not been leveled back to their original state.
The use of soil dug from the lake to build a taluy around the project changes the current status of the area compared to the time before the violation occurred.
A representative of Lam Dong Electricity said that, according to the working minutes, Mr. Tran Ngoc Sang committed to completing the repair and restoring the current state of Suoi Vang lake before June 25.

The unit will continue to propose to the People's Committee of LangBiang Ward - Da Lat and relevant agencies to definitively handle the case.
Leaders of LangBiang Ward People's Committee - Da Lat said that restoring the lake's current state is a mandatory requirement.
The locality will continue to inspect, supervise, and urge Mr. Tran Ngoc Sang to fully implement the committed contents.
In case the inspection process detects signs of legalizing violations or not properly implementing the restoration requirements, the locality will handle it according to the provisions of law.
Previously, as Lao Dong Newspaper reported, the functional forces of LangBiang ward - Da Lat had made a record against Mr. Tran Ngoc Sang for hiring an excavator to dig and level about 200m2 of Suoi Vang lake to reinforce the fish pond bank.
Mr. Sang admitted the violation and committed to restoring the status quo of the affected area.
Currently, functional agencies continue to monitor the remediation process and will handle violations if violators do not fulfill their commitments.
