Site clearance for some projects in Hanoi, mobilizing people to agree with the policy

Hanoi - Phu Cat Commune People's Committee actively implements site clearance for a number of key projects in the commune.

On April 6, Mr. Dam Cong Loi - Secretary of the Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Council of Phu Cat commune, Hanoi City - chaired the Conference of the Steering Committee for Site Clearance to assess the results of week 14 work and deploy key tasks of week 15 in 2026.

At the conference, Phu Cat Commune People's Committee reported on the progress of site clearance for key projects in the area.

Accordingly, the Hoa Lac High-Tech Park project reached 96.2% of the site clearance area; and 5.96 ha related to 29 households are continuing to complete dossiers and compensation plans.

The Hoa Lac High-Tech Park Ring Road project reached 38.2%, while the DH09 road project reached 71.1%.

In particular, the project to renovate and upgrade the road from DT421B to Yen Thai and Viet Yen villages is basically completed with a rate of 99.68%.

Besides the achieved results, the report also clearly pointed out many difficulties and obstacles such as: some households have not received compensation money, have not coordinated inventory; backlog dossiers through many stages are not synchronized; the verification of land origin is still complicated; mechanisms and policies for some specific cases have not been promptly removed.

Speaking to direct at the conference, Mr. Dam Cong Loi - Secretary of the Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Council of Phu Cat commune - emphasized that site clearance is a particularly important political task, directly affecting the progress of socio-economic development projects in the locality.

Mr. Dam Cong Loi requested the members of the Steering Committee to continue to promote the spirit of responsibility, stick to the area, strengthen propaganda, mobilize people to agree with the State's policy; and resolutely handle cases of delay in accordance with regulations.

The Secretary of the Phu Cat Commune Party Committee also assigned specific tasks to units to urgently complete dossiers to submit to competent authorities for approval; accelerate the progress of appraisal and compensation payment; focus on removing obstacles related to land origin, resettlement and mechanisms and policies.

The conference demonstrated the high determination of the Party Committee and government of Phu Cat commune in focusing on leading and directing the effective implementation of site clearance work, contributing to promoting the progress of key projects, creating motivation for socio-economic development, and building Phu Cat commune to become increasingly rich, beautiful, and civilized.
