The Ha Long City Land Fund Development Center has just announced the list of plots of land and land areas that can be exploited in the short term in the city.
Organizations and individuals who need to lease land must submit a land lease application and propose a short-term land rental unit price to the Ha Long City Land Fund Development Center within no more than 30 days, starting from February 14, 2025.
The plots of land and land are all located in beautiful locations. According to the announcement of the Ha Long City Land Fund Development Center, the land lease term is not more than 5 years and the land use purpose does not have to meet the requirements for compliance with planning and land use plans such as land allocation and land lease to implement investment projects as prescribed in Clause 6, Article 43, Decree 102/2024/ND-CP dated July 30, 2024 of the Government.

The land fund of Ha Long Quang Ninh Urban Environment Joint Stock Company was reclaimed by the People's Committee of Quang Ninh province in 2020, more than 3,900m2 wide in Ha Khanh ward, with assets on the land being level 4 works and some temporary works.
The land fund of Bai Tho Trading Joint Stock Company, which is over 2,875 square meters wide, in Hong Hai ward, has been reclaimed by the People's Committee of Quang Ninh province. Currently, this is an empty lot, located in a prime location, in the center of Ha Long City.
The land fund of Ha Long Quang Ninh Urban Environment Joint Stock Company is over 896m2 wide, in Bai Chay ward, and was revoked by the People's Committee of Quang Ninh province in 2018. This land has a 3-storey house and some temporary works.
The land fund at the Hung Thang ward intersection is over 5,335m2 wide, reclaimed by the People's Committee of Quang Ninh province in 2018. Currently, this is also an empty lot.
