Lac Viet Joint Venture Auction Company has just announced the auction of land use rights for 16 residential land plots in LK02 and LK03 rows of the Project to build technical infrastructure for auctioning land use rights in the central area of Phuc Tho town, former Phuc Tho district (now Phuc Tho commune), Hanoi city.
According to the announcement, the total area of 16 land plots is 1,618.3m2. The starting price applied to the land plots is 11,842,000 VND/m2.
For land plots from LK02-07 to LK02-11, the price step in the first auction round is 33,158,000 VND/m2. From the second and third auction rounds, the minimum price step is 200,000 VND/m2, without limiting the number of price steps.
For land plots from LK02-12 to LK03-29, the price step in the first auction round is 28,158,000 VND/m2. From the second and third auction rounds, the minimum price step is also 200,000 VND/m2, without limiting the number of price steps.
Land plots are auctioned separately for each plot, in the form of direct voting at the auction session, with a maximum of 3 rounds according to the upward bidding method. The starting price in the first auction round is approved by the Phuc Tho Commune People's Committee. From the second auction round onwards, the starting price is determined by the highest valid bidding price of the adjacent previous auction round.
The time to sell and receive applications for auction participation takes place from 8:00 AM on July 2, 2026 to 5:00 PM on July 15, 2026 during office hours (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and holidays), at the headquarters of Lac Viet Joint Stock Auction Company and the Project Management Board for Investment - Infrastructure of Phuc Tho commune.
The auction is expected to be held at 8:30 am on July 18, 2026 (Saturday) at the Hall of the Phuc Tho Commune Infrastructure Investment Project Management Board. Auction participants must be present at least 30 minutes before the opening time of the auction to complete the procedures.
