On the Public Assets page, Binh Dinh Partnership Auction Company announced the organization of an auction session for land use rights for 30 residential land plots in residential planning areas in Quy Nhon Dong ward, Gia Lai province.
According to the announcement, the auction will be held at 2:30 PM, Sunday, July 19, 2026, with a separate auction format for each land plot.


The time for selling and receiving applications for auction participation is until 4:00 PM on July 15, 2026 at the Office of Binh Dinh Joint Venture Auction Company, No. 120 Dien Hong Street, Quy Nhon Nam Ward, Gia Lai Province.
Architectural planning targets for land plots are implemented according to decisions of competent authorities and relevant regulations.
People in need can view assets continuously from the date of notification to 4 pm before the two-day working auction opening day.
The subjects participating in the auction are individuals who are allocated land by the State with land use fees according to the provisions of the 2024 Land Law and have a need to build houses according to the plan approved by competent state agencies.
Bidding registration documents include: bidding registration forms according to the form issued by Binh Dinh Partnership Auction Company; documents for deposit payment and money from selling bidding invitation documents; copies of Citizen Identification Cards or Identification Cards (including electronic ID cards on VNeID); indirect bidding slips (round 1).
The entire dossier must be put in an envelope covered with security material provided by the Company, sealed, signed the edges of the envelope and submitted to the auction registration box.
The selling price of invitation documents to participate in the auction is 200,000 VND/dossier and has been added to the deposit.
Participants must pay separate deposits and money from selling documents for each land plot, and are not allowed to pay in bulk or use multiple documents for one land plot.
The auction session is organized according to the method of raising bids and auctioning each land plot separately.
The auction form combines indirect voting and direct voting at the auction session.
In the indirect voting round (round 1), participants must bid at least one bidding step higher than the starting price and bid rounded bidding steps according to the auction regulations.
The auction venue is the Hall of Quy Nhon Dong Ward People's Committee, in Hoi Tan neighborhood, Quy Nhon Dong ward, Gia Lai province.
The person with the auctioned assets is Quy Nhon Dong Ward People's Committee, represented by the Economic, Infrastructure and Urban Department of Quy Nhon Dong Ward.
According to the notice, the auction winner must pay the land use fee no later than 30 days from the date of issuance of the tax authority's payment notice.
In case of late payment, late payment interest will be paid according to regulations. If they do not pay or do not pay enough of the winning bid within 120 days from the date of the decision recognizing the winning bid result, the auction result will be cancelled and the deposit amount will be contributed to the State budget.
In case the auction results are canceled due to failure to fulfill financial obligations as prescribed, they will be handled according to Resolution No. 66. 11/2026/NQ of the Government.
The auction winner is responsible for paying registration fees and fees for issuing Land Use Right Certificates according to current regulations.
