National Partnership Auction Company No. 5 has just announced the auction of the right to use 41 land plots in Quang Minh commune, Hanoi city.
In which, there are 38 land plots belonging to the Project to build technical infrastructure for the land auction area at point X4, Lam Ho village and 3 land plots belonging to the Project to build technical infrastructure for the land auction area of old Me Linh district (now Quang Minh commune).
The land plots all have the purpose of use as residential land, with a long-term term of use. The State allocates land with land use fees through land use rights auctions.
The starting price of land plots ranges from 15.74 million VND/m2 to 23.851 million VND/m2. The auction session is organized in the form of direct voting in multiple rounds at the auction session, with a maximum of two rounds, according to the up-pricing method.
People who want to participate in the auction can buy dossiers from 8:00 AM on July 2nd to 5:00 PM on July 15th during office hours at the Quang Minh Investment - Infrastructure Project Management Board or Joint Venture Auction Company No. 5 National.
The auction is scheduled to take place at 8:30 am on July 18 at the Hall of the Party Committee - People's Council - People's Committee of Quang Minh commune.
According to the announcement, auction participants must be present at least 60 minutes before the organization time to complete procedures.
In case of participating in the form of authorization, there must be a valid authorization document, notarized according to the provisions of law. Each person is only allowed to represent one subject participating in the auction for each land plot and is not allowed to be both an auction participant and receive authorization from another person for the same land plot in the same auction session.
