Joint Venture Auction Company No. 5 - National has just announced the organization of an auction session for residential land use rights for 19 land plots belonging to the technical infrastructure construction project of the land auction QSDĐ ĐG 12/2019 in Ngoc Liep commune, old Quoc Oai district, Hanoi city (now Kieu Phu commune, Hanoi city).
The total area of land plots put up for auction is 1,455.59m2, with a starting price of 14,220,000 VND/m2. The auction form is direct voting in multiple rounds at the auction session, at least 2 mandatory rounds and a maximum of 4 rounds; upward bidding method.
Regarding the price step, in the 2 mandatory auction rounds (1st and 2nd rounds), the price step is 20,000,000 VND/m2. From round 3 to round 4, the price step is 2,000,000 VND/m2.
Land plots allocated by the State with land use fees collected through auctions for housing construction, with the purpose of use being residential land and long-term use.
Time for selling and receiving bids from 8:00 AM on March 27, 2026 to 5:00 PM on April 8, 2026 at the headquarters of Joint Venture Auction Company No. 5 - National and the Kieu Phu Commune Investment - Infrastructure Project Management Board.
The auction is expected to be held at 8:30 am on April 12, 2026 at the Hall of Kieu Phu Commune People's Committee (The Tru village, Kieu Phu commune, Hanoi city).
The organizing unit notes that participants need to be present at least 60 minutes in advance to complete the procedures. In case of authorization to participate in the auction, there must be a valid authorization document, notarized according to regulations, clearly stating the content of the authorization. Each person is only allowed to represent one subject participating in the auction in the same session and is not allowed to simultaneously receive authorization from another person when auctioning the same land plot.
