Joint Venture Auction Company No. 5 - National has just announced the auction of residential land use rights for 17 land plots (zones A and B) in the technical infrastructure construction project of land allocation auction area DG 06, belt road area of Sai Son commune, Quoc Oai district, Hanoi city (now Quoc Oai commune, Hanoi city).
Land plots with areas from 96.6 - 119m2. The starting price includes 2 levels: 9,545,000 VND/m2 and 14,225,500 VND/m2. The price step applied to the land plots and in the auction rounds is 3,000,000 VND/m2.
The auction form is direct voting in multiple rounds at the auction session and at least through 6 mandatory rounds. In case at any round before the 6th round there has been the highest valid bid level at least equal to the starting price approved by the Commune People's Committee plus 5 price steps, then it is determined that the auction winner is the next round if no one participates in bidding anymore. The auction ends when no one participates in bidding anymore. The auction method is to bid up.
Time for selling bid invitations from 8:00 AM on March 26, 2026 to 5:00 PM on April 8, 2026 (during office hours). Information and bid purchase locations are at the Quoc Oai Commune Infrastructure Investment Project Management Board or Joint Venture Auction Company No. 5 - National.
The auction will be held at 8:30 AM on April 11, 2026, at the Quoc Oai Commune General Service Center (Phu Quoc village, Quoc Oai commune, Hanoi city).
Note that auction participants must be present at least 60 minutes in advance to complete the procedures. In case of authorization to participate in the auction, there must be a valid notarized authorization document, clearly stating the information of the auction session, content, time limit, rights and responsibilities of the parties. In an auction session, each person is only allowed to represent one participant and is not allowed to simultaneously receive authorization from another if they are auctioning the same land plot.
