Vietnam Auction Joint Venture Company has just announced the organization of an auction of the right to use 22 residential land plots in Thach Loi village, Noi Bai commune, Hanoi city.
The total area of the auctioned land plots is 2,471.8 m2, the area of each plot ranges from 109.6 m2 to 121.4 m2. The starting price offered is 19,944,820 VND/m2 for each land plot.
According to the announcement, the price step in the first auction round is 45 million VND/m2 for each price step. In the second auction round, the price step is 3 million VND/m2 for each price step.
The time to start selling invitation documents to participate in the auction is from 8:00 AM on May 12, 2026 to 5:00 PM on May 27, 2026. The documents are issued at Noi Bai Commune People's Committee (former Thanh Xuan Commune People's Committee headquarters), Noi Bai Commune Investment - Infrastructure Project Management Board headquarters (former Quang Tien Commune People's Committee headquarters) and the headquarters of Vietnam Auction Partnership Company.
Participants can register to auction multiple land plots. For each land plot registered for auction, participants must pay the application purchase fee and the corresponding deposit. Each registered land plot is counted as one application and corresponds to one auction registration form.
The auction is expected to be held at 8:30 am on May 30, 2026 at the Hall of Noi Bai Commune People's Committee, Thanh Nhan village, Noi Bai commune, Hanoi city (former Thanh Xuan Commune People's Committee headquarters).
Auction participants must be present at the venue from 7:30 am on the same day to complete procedures to enter the hall. In case of authorizing participation in the auction, the authorized person must present a valid authorization document, which clearly states the scope and content of the authorized work.
