Joint Venture Auction Company No. 5 - National has just announced the organization of an auction session for residential land use rights for 27 land plots at YB2 point, Yen Bai village, Tien Thang commune, Hanoi city.
The total area of land plots is 2, 885.8 m2, each plot has an area from 90 m2 to 154.5 m2. The starting price is determined to be 7, 170,000 VND/m2.
The auction session is organized in the form of direct voting in multiple rounds at the auction session, with a maximum of 2 rounds, according to the upward bidding method. The price step applied to auction round No. 1 is 20,000,000 VND/price step/m2; from round No. 2 onwards is 1,000,000 VND/price step/m2.
Time to receive applications for auction participation is from 8:00 AM on March 5, 2026 to 5:00 PM on March 18, 2026. Participants submit applications directly at the Investment - Infrastructure Project Management Board of Tien Thang commune or Auction Partnership Company No. 5 - National.
The auction is expected to be held at 8:30 am on March 21, 2026 (saturday) at the Hall of Tien Thang Commune People's Committee (address in Van Loi village, Tien Thang commune - old Tam Dong Commune People's Committee Hall).
Auction participants must be present at least 60 minutes in advance to complete procedures to enter the auction room. In case of authorizing participation in the auction, the authorized person must present a valid document or authorization letter, notarized in accordance with legal regulations, clearly stating the information of the auction, the content of the authorized work, the term, rights and responsibilities of the parties and related subject information.
In an auction session organized according to each land plot, each person is only allowed to represent one subject participating in the auction. In case they are already participants in the auction for a land plot at the auction session, they are not authorized by another subject to participate in the auction of that land plot.
