The Phuc Tho Commune Investment - Infrastructure Project Management Board in coordination with the Property Auction Service Center organized an auction of land use rights for 14 land plots in Phuc Tho commune, Hanoi city.
Accordingly, the land plots in the auction include: 1 land plot at the Project to build technical infrastructure (HTKT) auctioning land use rights in Doc Tranh area, former Trach My Loc commune (phase 2); 11 land plots at the Project to build HTKT auctioning land use rights in Doc Tranh interspersed area, former Trach My Loc commune; and 2 land plots at the Project to build HTKT auctioning land use rights in Ma May area, former Phung Thuong commune (now Phuc Tho commune).
Land plots with an area of 85.6 m2 or more, the starting price ranges from 7,405,000 to 11,572,000 VND/m2.
The auction session is organized according to each land plot, in the form of direct voting at the auction session, with a maximum of 3 rounds according to the upward bidding method. In each round, participants are given bidders corresponding to the number of registered land plots. The time to record bids is 5 minutes from the time the auctioneer announces the start; the voting time is 5 minutes after the end of the voting.
At the end of the voting period, the auctioneer opens the ballot box, counts and announces the number of ballots issued, the number of ballots collected, the number of valid and invalid ballots and the highest bidding price, under the supervision of at least one auction participant and a representative of the asset owner.
Auction invitation documents are sold from 8:00 AM on February 27, 2026 to 5:00 PM on March 17, 2026 at: Property Auction Service Center (No. 2 Quang Trung Street, Ha Dong Ward, Hanoi); Phuc Tho Commune Investment - Infrastructure Project Management Board (Alley 41 Lac Tri Street, Phuc Tho Commune, Hanoi).
The auction session takes place at 8:30 am on March 20, 2026 at the Hall of the Phuc Tho Commune Investment - Infrastructure Project Management Board. Participants need to be present from 8 am to complete procedures and bring the original citizen identification card to check their qualifications.
