Dong A Joint Venture Auction Company has just announced the auction of residential land use rights for 14 land plots belonging to the technical infrastructure construction project of the land use right auction area in Doc Ky area, La Thien village, Tan Hong commune, former Ba Vi district, now belonging to Co Do commune, Hanoi City.
The total area of the auctioned land is 1.383.9m2. The starting price of land plots ranges from 2.7 - 2.9 million VND/m2. The price step applied to all land plots is 3 million VND/m2.
According to the notice, 14 land plots have completed site clearance, completed technical infrastructure construction and are connected to the common infrastructure system of Co Do commune.
The time to receive registrations to participate in the auction starts from 8:00 AM on May 20, 2026 and ends at 5:00 PM on June 3, 2026. People can register to participate in the auction at Dong A Joint Venture Auction Company or the Co Do Commune Infrastructure Investment Project Management Board.
The subjects participating in the auction are individuals with sufficient civil act capacity, who are eligible for land allocation by the State with land use fees according to the provisions of Clause 1, Article 119 of the 2024 Land Law; not subject to cases prohibited from participating in auctions according to the provisions of law. Auction participants must submit dossiers and deposits to the account of Dong A Partnership Auction Company within the time specified in the notice.
The auction is expected to be held at 8:00 AM on June 6, 2026 at the Party Committee Hall of Co Do commune, Mai Trai village, Co Do commune, Hanoi City.
