Hanoi People's Committee requests to continue to implement enrichment and clean up the land database; data that has been built and completed must be put into use immediately, ensuring intercommunication with industries and fields.
Vice Chairman of Hanoi People's Committee Truong Viet Dung has just signed and issued Official Dispatch No. 26 on maintaining and expanding the results achieved from the Campaign to Enrich and Clean up the Land Database.
Accordingly, the Hanoi People's Committee requests departments, branches and People's Committees of wards and communes to continue to identify building and completing the land database as a key and consistent task; and at the same time maintain and effectively operate the results of the campaign that has been implemented.
The city emphasized that land data that has been built and completed must be put into operation immediately to serve state management of land, sharing, connecting, interconnecting with socio-economic sectors and resolving administrative procedures for people and businesses. The operation and update of data must be carried out regularly and continuously, ensuring synchronization in real time with the national information system and database on land.
Regarding the remaining data task volume, Hanoi City People's Committee requests to continue to match and verify information of land users and assets attached to land with the national population database; supplement and complete historical data, ensuring the land database is "correct - sufficient - clean - live". At the same time, continue to review and import data for certificates collected through the VNeID system.
The Hanoi Department of Agriculture and Environment is assigned to preside over and coordinate with the People's Committees of wards and communes to develop plans, prioritizing the allocation of human resources and funds to complete the construction of the land database, striving to complete it in 2026.
Hanoi City People's Committee also directed to unify the use of land information system software. The Department of Agriculture and Environment presides over and coordinates with the People's Committees of wards and communes to review and ensure that only one software system is used as required by the Ministry of Agriculture and Environment.
