Propaganda about the Party Congress in a focused, unified, and consistent manner.

At the 81st National Public Security Conference, General Luong Tam Quang, Member of the Politburo, Secretary of the Central Public Security Party Committee, Minister of Public Security, stated that in 2026, in the context of fierce strategic competition between major countries continuing to take place in Asia-Pacific and in key areas for economic and technological development; increasing instability in the international and regional environment... setting increasingly high requirements and tasks for Public Security work, including communication and propaganda work.

Hostile forces and reactionary elements constantly take advantage of cyberspace to propagate and distort the Party's guidelines and policies, the State's policies and laws, incite and cause division of the great national unity bloc... This requires information, propaganda, struggle, and rebuttal of wrong and hostile views, orienting public opinion on the ideological and cultural front, protecting the ideological foundation of the Party to maintain a "key" position, each officer, soldier, reporter, and editor must become "combat writers" on the ideological and cultural front.

The 14th National Congress of the Party is a major political event of the country in 2026. Therefore, information and propaganda work before, during and after the congress is of great interest to the people, party members nationwide and international friends. With the orientation and facilitation of the Central Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Committee; Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism; Department of Press and CAND Newspaper under the CAND Communication Department has been licensed to open the Special Page "The 14th National Congress of the Party" on CAND Electronic Newspaper.

The opening of the specialized page aims to ensure the provision of information and propaganda about the Congress in a focused, unified, and consistent manner, easy to monitor and identify according to the criteria of the People's Public Security Newspaper; propagate and orient public opinion with accurate information and data; refute wrong and hostile views, create consensus and high concern for the press at home and abroad, thereby contributing to the success of the 14th National Party Congress.

A meaningful, friendly, and different Special Page

Speaking at the ceremony, Comrade Le Quoc Minh sent good wishes to the CAND Communication Department in general and CAND Newspaper in particular for having a very meaningful Special Page: "The 14th National Congress of the Party".

Through watching the video clip, we see that the Special Page has a lot of information, is very beautiful, friendly, especially there are activities of the Police force - different from other special pages about the Party Congress", the comrade assessed and suggested that the Special Page of CAND Newspaper must ensure that users, whether leaders, party members or people, when coming to the Special Page can find unique things that are not found in other special pages about the Party Congress.

Through exchanges with Major General Do Trieu Phong, seeing the determination of the People's Police Department of Communications and the People's Police Newspaper in 2026 to focus on digital transformation, Comrade Le Quoc Minh said that the Special Page is the first step and will definitely go in the right direction in the coming time. The time from now until the 14th Party Congress is not much, Comrade Le Quoc Minh believes that with such a sophisticated Special Page, along with the direction and direction of the People's Police Department of Communications, the efforts and creativity of reporters and editors of the People's Police Newspaper, we will not only operate the Special Page well but also do a good job of propaganda about the 14th Party Congress, making important contributions to the success of the congress as well as major events of the country in 2026.

Major General Do Trieu Phong affirmed that in recent years, the People's Police Department of Communications in general and relevant People's Police press agencies in particular have always performed well their functions and tasks of propagating the Party's guidelines and policies, the State's policies and laws, and important political events of the country and the Public Security sector.
