The detailed planning research area is located within the administrative boundaries of Kim Lien ward, Phuong Mai ward, Dong Da district, Hanoi city.
Regarding the scope and boundaries of the planning study, the Northeast borders Dao Duy Anh Street; the East borders Hoang Tich Tri Street, partly borders Lane 34 Phuong Mai; the Northwest borders Pham Ngoc Thach Street; the Southwest borders Lu River.
The total area of the land for planning research is about 35.5 hectares.
The population size in the detailed planning project for the renovation and reconstruction of Kim Lien Collective Housing Area and its basic surroundings must comply with the approved Urban Zoning Plan and will be accurately determined during the research process of the 1/500 scale detailed planning project based on the results of the survey and assessment of the actual population, ensuring no increase in the current population, not increasing the pressure on the technical infrastructure system and social infrastructure in the area.

The land is being studied for detailed planning for the renovation and reconstruction of Trung Tu and surrounding collective housing areas, scale 1/500, located within the administrative boundaries of Trung Tu ward and Phuong Lien ward, Dong Da district, Hanoi.
Regarding the scope and boundaries of the planning research, the Northeast borders the existing residential area; the Southeast borders the heart of Pham Ngoc Thach street; the Northwest borders Nam Dong lake and Trung Tu Diplomatic Corps Area; the Southwest borders the red line southwest of Dang Van Ngu street.
The total area of the detailed planning study area is about 13.2 hectares.

Regarding the scope and boundaries of the planning research, the North borders Vincom Commercial Center; the South partly borders Hanoi Medical University, partly borders Khuong Thuong Ward residential area; the East partly borders Lu River and partly borders Hanoi Medical University; the West partly borders Khuong Thuong Ward residential area, partly borders Khuong Thuong Primary School, Khuong Thuong Secondary School, CONINCO Company Headquarters office building at No. 4 Ton That Tung Street and Office Building at No. 2 Ton That Tung Street.
