On the afternoon of July 12, the Department of Medical Examination and Treatment Management (Ministry of Health) issued a document requesting the Thanh Hoa Provincial Department of Health to urgently inspect, report and clarify the case of a female patient who died after being treated at Medic Hai Tien General Hospital.
The Department of Medical Examination and Treatment Management requires this unit to check the medical examination and treatment process, transfer the above incident and report the results to the Department of Medical Examination and Treatment Management before 10:00 on July 14 for synthesis and reporting to the leaders of the Ministry of Health.
Previously, on July 11, Medic Hai Tien General Hospital (old Hoang Ngoc commune, Hoang Hoa district - now Hoang Thanh commune, Thanh Hoa province) sent a report to the Thanh Hoa Department of Health.
According to the report, the patient who died was T.T.B - 38 years old, in Hoang Thanh commune, Thanh Hoa province.
The patient has a history of grade 2 diabetes, and was admitted to the hospital on July 8. Before being admitted to the hospital, the patient had a fever, headache, dizziness, dizziness, chest pain, vomiting many times, and thuong congestive pain, and took medicine at home but it did not improve.
At the time of admission, the patient was alert, tired, had a whole body aches, and had poor skin and mucous membranes. Initial diagnosis: viral fever/dependent diabetes, dizziness, dizziness, gastroesophageal reflux, enteritis, liver dysfunction.
At the hospital, doctors examined and treated. At around 7:30 a.m. on July 10, the patient had more toope pain. After receiving health consultation, the family agreed to perform a stomach endoscopy with anesthesia, and the patient's condition was stable.
At 10:45 a.m. the same day, the patient had a mild fever, severe chest pain, pain spreading to the shoulders and arms, difficulty breathing, headache, severe to the highest level, and burning hotthroat in the sternum. Patients and their families are worried and should be consulted with leaders and prescribed a referral for treatment.
