Vice Chairman of Hanoi People's Committee Nguyen Xuan Luu has just signed and issued a decision on the allocation of 16,060m2 of land (land clearance has been completed) at land plots with codes C2-CT1 and C2-CX1 of Tay Ho Tay urban area to Lac Hong Investment Joint Stock Company (representative of the joint venture investor Lac Hong Investment Joint Stock Company and Nam Tam Dao Joint Stock Company) to implement the Project of Investment in housing construction for the armed forces of the people's police (social housing) - phase 1.
According to the decision, the location, boundaries, and area are determined in the Planned Land Use Map, scale 1/500 prepared by the Architecture Joint Stock Company, certified by the Department of Planning and Architecture to be consistent with Decision No. 1818/QD-UBND dated April 10, 2026 of the City People's Committee.
In which, 12,766m2 of land in block C2-CT1 is used to build social housing. The purpose of land use is residential land in urban areas.
The project investor is allowed to use the land for 50 years from the date the City People's Committee signs the land allocation decision.
Apartment owners are granted Certificates of land use rights, ownership of assets attached to land for the area of apartments, common land use area specified in points a, c, clause 3, Article 92 of Decree No. 102/2024/ND-CP dated July 30, 2024 of the Government for a long-term stable period.
3. 294m2 of land in block C2-CX1 for green trees for public use. The form of land use is that the Investor is allocated land by the State to build works and does not have to pay land use fees, handing over to local management after completing construction according to the approved investment project.
The method of land allocation is that the State allocates land without auctioning land use rights, without bidding to select investors to implement projects using land.
The City People's Committee assigned Lac Hong Investment Joint Stock Company to be responsible for contacting the Department of Agriculture and Environment, the Department of Finance, the Department of Construction, the Hanoi Land Registration Office, and the Xuan Dinh Ward People's Committee to carry out relevant procedures according to regulations.
