Hanoi Department of Construction has just publicly announced the plan to receive applications for registration to buy social housing (rented apartments for sale) at the Social Housing Area Project of land plot B8. NXH (Hope Residences), phase 2.
The construction site is located on land plot B8 belonging to the Detailed Plan of Hanoi Software Technology Park Urban Area, Phuc Dong ward, old Long Bien district (now Phuc Loi ward, Hanoi city).

The project investor is Phuc Dong Housing Development Joint Stock Company, with a construction land plot area of 20,003 m2, including 5 social housing units with 21 above-ground floors and 2 basements.
The total number of social housing apartments (leased apartments transferred for sale to current tenants) is 301 units, with areas from 55.5 m2 to 69.9 m2. Of which, the number of units opened for sale in phase 1 is 301 units, 256 units have been sold, the remaining 45 units and continue to be opened for sale in phase 2.
The applicants are customers who are renting social housing at the Social Housing Area Project, land plot B8. NXH (Hope Residences), Phuc Dong ward, Long Bien district, Hanoi city.
The time to receive applications for phase 2 is from June 30, 2026 to the end of August 14, 2026 (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and holidays, Tet according to regulations), with the time frame in the morning from 8:30 AM to 11:30 AM and in the afternoon from 1:30 PM to 4:30 PM.
It is expected that the apartment purchase and sale contract will be signed in August 2026 and the apartment handover will be in September 2026.
The average selling price of social housing (including VAT, excluding maintenance costs) is 16,039,190 VND/m2; maintenance costs of 2% of the pre-tax selling price are 305,508 VND/m2.
Hanoi Department of Construction notes strictly prohibiting acts of taking advantage of social housing policies to collect money and deposits against regulations; at the same time, cases of untruthful and fraudulent declarations in dossiers will be handled according to the provisions of law.
