The Hanoi People's Committee has just issued Decision No. 699 on the allocation of 24,000.000.000m2 of land (phase 2) that has completed site clearance at the land plot marked CT3 in Kim Chung New Urban Area, Kim Chung Commune, Dong Anh District to the Joint Venture of Hanoi Housing Investment and Development Corporation and Viglacera Corporation - JSC to implement the Social Housing Construction Project.
Of which, 2,701.6m2 is used for land purposes for traffic works; 21,299m2 is used for urban residential land purposes.
Forms of land allocation: The State allocates land with land use fees. Land use term: For investors who are allowed to use land from the date of signing the land allocation decision to November 10, 1961; for apartment owners who are allowed to use the land stably and permanently.
The consortium of Hanoi Housing Investment and Development Corporation and Viglacera Corporation - JSC is responsible for synchronously building technical infrastructure, maintaining and repairing the project after investment and construction and handing it over to the local government for joint management and use of the city according to regulations. The consortium of Hanoi Housing Investment and Development Corporation and Viglacera Corporation - JSC is responsible for using the allocated land area within the boundary and in accordance with the provisions of Article 1 of the Decision; placing the construction works in accordance with the approved planning and construction permit;
Implement the investment project according to the provisions of the law on land, investment, construction, environment, etc.; hand over 2,701.6m2 of internal traffic land to the local government for general management and use in the city according to regulations.
