Vice Chairman of Hanoi People's Committee Nguyen Trong Dong has just signed a decision to hand over 11,342.1 square meters of land in Xuan Canh commune, Dong Anh district to Dong Anh district People's Committee to implement the project of building technical infrastructure for the land use rights auction area of Van Loc 2 village.
The location, boundary, and area of the land are determined in the master plan drawing, scale 1/500 of the project to build the land use rights auction area in Van Loc 2 village, Xuan Canh commune, Dong Anh district, prepared by Ngoc Minh Construction Investment Consulting Joint Stock Company.
Of the total 11,342.1m2 of land, 5,106m2 of residential land (including plots of land coded LK13 to LK16) is for auction of land use rights. The People's Committee of Dong Anh district is allocated land by the state without collecting land use fees. The land use term is according to the investment project implementation term as prescribed. The method of land allocation is land allocation through auction of land use rights to implement projects using land as prescribed in Article 125 of the 2024 Land Law.
With 6,236.1m2 of land for traffic, trees and connecting technical infrastructure (including plots of land with symbols CXNO, GT), the State allocates land without collecting land use fees; Dong Anh District People's Committee invests in building technical infrastructure synchronous with the common infrastructure of the area according to the approved planning and assigns it to the management unit according to regulations.
Hanoi People's Committee requests Dong Anh District People's Committee to organize the construction of technical infrastructure according to the approved investment project, ensuring the overall planning and synchronous connection of technical infrastructure and regional infrastructure.
Dong Anh District People's Committee is responsible for preparing and approving the master plan to ensure that there is no interleaved land area, and that land is used economically and effectively. Prepare a plan for auctioning land use rights and submit it to competent authorities for approval and organize auctions of land use rights in accordance with the procedures prescribed by the 2024 Land Law, the 2016 Property Auction Law, Decrees, Circulars guiding the implementation and current regulations of the city on auctions of land use rights to allocate land with land use fees or lease land in Hanoi, ensuring compliance with legal regulations, publicity, transparency and efficiency.
