It is expected that on December 25, Lac Viet Joint Stock Auction Company will organize an auction of land use rights for 5 plots of land LK03-13; from LK04-1 to LK04-4 in Coi Noi area, Tam Hiep commune (now Hat Mon commune) and 10 plots of land from L01-28 to L01-33 and from L03-01 to L03-04 in Cat Ha area, Tam Thuan commune (now Hat Mon commune), Hanoi city.
The plots of land have an area of 96 - 134.3m2. The starting price is applied at two levels: 6,452,000 VND/m2 and 7,919,000 VND/m2 depending on the plot. The deposit for participating in the auction is equal to 20% of the land plot value according to the approved starting price (detailed according to the auction announcement).
The time for selling and receiving registration documents to participate in the auction is from 8:00 a.m. on December 9 to 5:00 p.m. on December 22, 2025 (office hours).
The auction is expected to be held at 8:30 a.m. on December 25, 2025 at the Hall of the Investment - Infrastructure Project Management Board of Hat Mon commune.
Then, on December 29, Vietnam Auction Joint Stock Company will organize an auction of residential land use rights for 33 plots of land in Yen Lang commune, Hanoi (formerly in Me Linh district).
Of which, there are 29 plots of land at point X7, Nai Chau village, Chu Phan commune (old) and 4 plots of land in Dong Truoc area, hamlet 4, Xa Mac village, Lien Mac commune (old). The plots of land have an area of 95 - 190 m2, with starting prices from 5 - 7 million VND/m2.
The auction is conducted by direct voting at the auction, according to the method of bidding up. The time for purchasing and submitting auction registration documents is from 8:00 a.m. on December 12 to 5:00 p.m. on December 24, 2025 (office hours).
The auction is expected to be held at 8:30 a.m. on December 29, 2025 at the Hall of the People's Committee of Yen Lang Commune (village 1, Yen Lang Commune, Hanoi City).
