The Asset Auction Service Center (Hanoi Department of Justice) has just announced the organization of an auction session for residential land use rights for 20 land plots belonging to LK03, LK04, symbols from LK03-18 to LK03-20; from LK03-30 to LK03-34; from LK04-01 to LK04-04; from LK04-14 to LK04-21 at the Project to build technical infrastructure for auctioning land use rights in the Central area of Phuc Tho town (now Phuc Tho commune), Hanoi city.
The total area of 20 land plots is 2,004.88 m2. The area of land plots ranges from 96-115.69 m2, the starting price for each land plot is 11,842,000 VND/m2.
The auction form is auctioning according to each land plot, in the form of direct voting at the auction session, with a maximum of 3 rounds. The auction method is to bid up.
The time for selling bids to participate in the auction starts from 8:00 AM on August 25, 2026, and ends at 5:00 PM on September 11, 2026. The location for selling bids is at the headquarters of the Asset Auction Service Center and the headquarters of the Project Management Board for Investment - Infrastructure of Phuc Tho commune.
The auction session will be held at 8:30 AM on September 16, 2026 at the Hall of the Phuc Tho Commune Investment - Infrastructure Project Management Board. Auction participants are present at the Hall at 8:00 AM to complete procedures to enter the auction room. When going to the auction, participants must bring the original CCCD to check their qualifications.
Auction participants are not allowed to participate in the auction of land plots whose wife, husband, biological brother, biological sister or younger brother are also participants in the auction of that land plot. People who have participated in the auction of a land plot are not authorized by another person to participate in the auction of that land plot. One person is not allowed to receive authorization from 2 or more people at the same time. One person is only authorized to authorize 1 person to participate in the auction for all land plots that they register for auction.
