On August 29, the Dak Lak Provincial Land Fund Development Center and the Provincial Real Estate Association organized a program to introduce information on the Dak Lak province land auction fund in 2026.
According to the land fund list and project expected to auction land use rights in 2026, with a total area of about 1.18 million m2 and a total expected starting price of more than 10,474 billion VND.
The list includes 37 land plots and projects, including 11 housing and urban development projects with a total area of about 913,867m2 and 26 commercial and service land plots, with an area of about 263,760m2.
Some notable locations in the list include urban areas in Tan An ward; housing projects in Binh Kien, Tan Lap wards and Tuy Hoa area; commercial and service land areas on important roads in Buon Ma Thuot ward.
In addition, the list also includes mixed land plots, the old headquarters land fund and the Center's land fund in the eastern area of the province. Each land plot has a different scale, infrastructure conditions, planning targets and investment orientation, creating more choices for businesses and investors.
Mr. Vu Thanh Hung - Director of Dak Lak Provincial Land Fund Development Center said that housing and urban projects are oriented to form synchronous and modern residential areas, houses and apartments, contributing to expanding urban space and improving the quality of life of people.
Meanwhile, most of the commercial and service land fund is located in favorable locations on major traffic axes, central areas or places with high urbanization rates. These land areas are oriented to develop commercial centers, hotels, offices and general service types.
According to Mr. Hung, in order to soon put the land plots up for auction, the Dak Lak Provincial Land Fund Development Center is focusing on reviewing and completing legal documents; coordinating to accelerate site clearance, extracting land maps, determining planning information, developing auction plans and advising on determining starting prices.
The unit will strengthen the provision of information about land plots through electronic documents, location maps, catalogs and direct introduction programs; and at the same time guide businesses and investors on dossiers, procedures, and conditions for participating in auctions according to regulations.
