The soil moisture model shows that some areas in the above provinces have been near saturation (over 85%) or reached saturation status.
Warning in the next 6 hours, the areas of Quang Ngai and Gia Lai provinces will continue to have rain with accumulated rainfall commonly from 20 - 30mm, in some places over 70mm.
Risk of flash floods on small rivers and streams, landslides on slopes in the above provinces, especially in the following communes/wards:
Quang Ngai: Ia Toi; Ia Dal, Mo Rai.
Gia Lai: Bo Ngoong, Chu A Thai, Chu Puh, Chu Se, Gao, Ia Bang, Ia Dom, Ia Grai, Ia Huru, Ia Krai, Ia Krel, Ia Le, Ia O, Ia Tor, Kon Chieng, Po To.
