Lac Viet Partnership Auction Company has just announced the organization of an auction of residential land use rights to allocate land with land use fees for 30 land plots, with a total area of 5,193.4 m2 in Roc Lang area, Thuong 2 Phung Xa village, Hong Son commune, Hanoi city (phase 2).
According to the announcement, the starting price for land plots in position 1 is 5.27 million VND/m2, while land plots in position 2 have a starting price of 4.255 million VND/m2.
Land plots with the purpose of using rural residential land (ONT) are allocated land by the State with land use fees collected, long-term use term. The auctioned land has completed site clearance, technical infrastructure is invested according to decisions approved by competent authorities.
The auction session is organized in the form of direct secret ballot through 2 auction rounds, applying the up-pricing method.
Time for selling and receiving bids from 8:00 AM on June 11, 2026 to 5:00 PM on June 24, 2026 at the Hong Son Commune Infrastructure Investment Project Management Board and Lac Viet Joint Venture Auction Company.
Individuals can register to auction one or more land plots according to the issued auction notice and participate in the auction for land plots that meet the conditions to be organized in the same auction. Participants must study the auction invitation dossier, pay the dossier purchase fee and deposit corresponding to the number of registered land plots as prescribed.
The auction is expected to take place at 8:30 am on June 27, 2026 at the Hall of the People's Council - People's Committee of Hong Son commune.
Auction participants are allowed to authorize in writing others to represent them in the auction session. In case there is an authorized representative, there must be a valid authorization document. In an auction session, one person is only allowed to represent one subject participating in the auction and if they are already an auction participant, they are not allowed to represent another subject to participate in the auction session. The person authorized to participate in the auction session must have full legal capacity and civil act capacity according to the provisions of law.
