Joint Venture Auction Company No. 5 - National has just announced the auction of the right to use 46 residential land plots in Ao Kho area, Binh An village, Trung Gia commune, Hanoi City.
The total land area is 4,452m2, each plot has an area from 85.2m2 to 120m2. The starting price ranges from 21,624.680 VND/m2 to 30,232.902 VND/m2.




The price step applied to the first auction round is 5,000 VND/m2, the second round is 500,000 VND/m2.
The auction form is direct voting in multiple rounds at the auction session, with a maximum of 2 rounds, according to the up-pricing method.
Auction participation dossiers include registration forms according to the form with the hanging seal of Joint Venture Auction Company No. 5 - National, filling in all information, signing and clearly stating full name; valid copy of citizen identification card. In case the papers are lost or revoked according to regulations, the registrant must provide a residence confirmation issued by the police agency where they are permanently residing or a printed electronic identification card on the VNeID system. In addition, there is a document proving that they have paid to buy the auction participation dossier (submitting the original for comparison) and a document or authorization letter certified by a competent authority (if any).
Time to receive applications for auction participation is from 8:00 AM on April 9, 2026 to 5:00 PM on April 22, 2026 (during office hours). Participants can submit applications directly at the meeting room on the 1st floor of Trung Gia Commune People's Committee (village 4, Trung Gia commune, Hanoi City) or at Auction Partnership Company No. 5 - National (No. 193 Hoang Van Thai, Phuong Liet ward, Hanoi City).
The auction is expected to be held at 8:30 am on April 25, 2026 at the Hall of Trung Gia Commune People's Committee.
Auction participants must be present at least 60 minutes in advance to complete the procedures. In case of authorization to participate, the authorized person must have a valid document, notarized according to regulations, clearly stating the content of the authorization, the term, rights and responsibilities of the parties. In an auction session for each land plot, each person is only allowed to represent one participant and is not allowed to simultaneously receive authorization from another person for the same land plot.
