Vietnam Auction Joint Venture Company has just announced the organization of an auction of the right to use 9 land plots in Dam Ngai 1 Area, Da Phuc commune, Hanoi city.
The total area of the land is 1,210 m2, of which the area of each plot ranges from 110 m2 to 220 m2. Prices start from 19.5 - 28.8 million VND/m2.
The price step applied to all land plots is 200,000 VND/m2. The purchase fee for auction participation dossiers is 200,000 VND/dossier/land plot.
The auction form is to auction each group of land plots by raising the bid, through direct secret ballot for one round at the auction session.
A person participating in the auction can participate in the auction of many land plots, provided that each land plot must submit 1 set of documents, and must also pay the purchase fee for participating in the auction and the deposit for participating in the auction corresponding to the number of land plots registered for auction.
Time to submit applications to participate in the auction is from 8:00 AM on April 9, 2026 to 5:00 PM on April 22, 2026. Applications are sold and received at the Da Phuc commune Infrastructure Investment Project Management Board and the headquarters of Vietnam Auction Partnership Company.
The auction is expected to be held at 8:30 am on April 25, 2026 (saturday) at the hall of Da Phuc Commune People's Committee.
For cases of authorizing participation in auctions, participants must have a valid authorization document, clearly stating the scope and content of the authorized work. Auction participants must be present at the venue from 7:30 am on April 25, 2026 to complete procedures to enter the hall.
