According to initial information, at about 5:20 am on April 9, 2026, Giang Vo Ward Police received a report about a serious traffic accident that occurred on Dao Tan street, killing one person.

Through initial verification, at the above time, a black Mercedes G63 car (unclear license plate, driver's identity) was traveling in the direction of Dao Tan - Kim Ma. When it reached the area opposite the building of the State Archives and Records Department, the car collided with Mr. D.N. O (born 1935, residing in Dao Tan street, Giang Vo ward) who was walking across the road.
As a result, Mr. D.N. O died on the spot. After the accident, the car driver left the car at the scene and left.
