On March 3, the Joint Venture of Hanoi Housing Investment and Development Corporation (HANDICO) and Viglacera Corporation - JSC will officially start construction of 1,104 social housing apartments at plot CT3, Thang Long Green City project, Kim Chung urban area (Dong Anh, Hanoi).
The project has a total area of nearly 3.7 hectares, including three units on the CT3 plot and a building on the CT4 plot, 12 floors high, providing a total of 1,588 apartments, accommodating about 5,429 people, with a selling price ranging from 18.4 million VND/m2.
Previously, the project at CT4 land plot was started in October 2018 and completed and put into use in the fourth quarter of 2021. The project includes a 12-storey apartment building and an attic, with a total construction floor area of about 44,368.7 m2.
Of which, the basement area is 4,537 m2, the first floor area is 4,010 m2, the floor area from the second floor to the attic is 35,821.7 m2. With 484 apartments, the project has met the housing needs of 1,527 people, contributing to solving the problem of social security, creating jobs and stimulating consumption.
The project at the CT3 land plot includes three units CT3A, CT3B, CT3C, each building is 12 floors high and has an attic. The total construction floor area is about 109,410.2 m2, of which the basement area is 15,660 m2, the first floor area is 7,804 m2, the floor area from the second floor to the attic is 85,946.2 m2.
It is expected that the project will be completed and put into use from the fourth quarter of 2026, providing 1,104 apartments for about 3,902 people, contributing to the implementation of the Hanoi City Housing Development Plan for the period 2021-2025 and the Government's 1 million social housing apartments project.
The project has a favorable location, quick connection to the city center and neighboring areas, helping residents easily access public utilities, medical services, education and trade. The apartments are designed by Singaporean architects, making the most of natural light and ventilation effectively, helping to save energy and create a comfortable living space.
The apartment area ranges from 49.75 m2 to 63.8 m2, optimizing the usable space, bringing convenience to residents. The project uses Viglacera's high-quality materials such as gas concrete, high-quality tiles, energy-saving glass and modern sanitary equipment, ensuring durability and reducing maintenance costs.
