It is expected that tomorrow (June 29), Housing and Urban Development Investment Corporation - Co., Ltd. (HUD) will open to receive applications for registration to buy, lease, and lease-purchase social housing in land plots CT-05 and CT-06 belonging to the Thanh Lam - Dai Thinh 2 New Urban Area Project, Quang Minh commune, Hanoi (phase 1).
At the CT-05 social housing project, the number of apartments for sale is 89 units, the area of apartments ranges from 56.12 m2 to 68.38 m2. Similarly, the CT-06 social housing project also opened for sale 89 apartments.
The selling price of social housing at CT-05 project is 14,603,319 VND/m2. Accordingly, the selling price of each apartment at CT-05 project ranges from more than 819 million VND to more than 998 million VND. For CT-06 project, the selling price is 14,522,255 VND/m2. Equivalent to the price of each apartment at CT-06 project ranges from more than 814 million VND to more than 992 million VND.
According to the investor's announcement, the time for issuing registration numbers, issuing appointment slips and receiving registration documents takes place from June 29, 2026 to the end of August 12, 2026. In which, the time for issuing registration numbers and issuing appointment slips is from June 29 to August 10, 2026; the time for receiving applications according to appointment slips is from July 2 to August 12, 2026.
In the first 3 days, from June 29 to July 1, 2026, HUD Corporation will focus on issuing registration numbers and issuing application appointment slips to reduce waiting times for people, avoid crowded gatherings, and ensure security and order in the application receiving area. HUD Corporation receives a maximum of 100 applications/day (according to the issued Appointment Slip).
In case the number of registered people exceeds the expected, HUD will proactively adjust the reception plan, such as arranging more time, strengthening personnel or applying measures appropriate to the actual situation, to ensure that all people in need receive applications to buy social housing in accordance with regulations.
