For the Bich Dao social housing construction investment project, it is implemented on an area of 15,090m2 in Hoa Lu ward with a total investment of about 1,728 billion VND. The project scale includes 1 block of 23-story social housing (providing 1,005 apartments) and 1 block of 30-story commercial housing (providing 308 apartments). The project meets the housing scale for about 3,866 people.
The project is invested by Viet Nhat Port Joint Stock Company, according to the approved progress, the social housing block will be completed and put into use in the third quarter of 2028, and the entire project will be completed in 2029.
The Tay Phu Van social housing construction investment project is invested by Hai Pha Vietnam Co., Ltd., the project is being implemented on an area of more than 12,406m2 in Phu Van ward with a total investment of more than 329 billion VND.
The project scale includes 3 5-story apartment buildings, providing about 500 apartments, of which 50% of the apartments are for rent and 50% of the apartments are for sale.
The project is synchronously invested with technical infrastructure systems, green parks, parking lots and public utilities to bring a civilized, green, clean, beautiful and safe living environment to the residential community.
According to the approved schedule, the project will be completed and put into use in the fourth quarter of 2027.
Bao Minh rental housing project is invested by Bao Minh Industrial Park Infrastructure Investment Joint Stock Company. The project is implemented on an area of about 3ha in Truong Thi ward with a total investment of about 500 billion VND.
The project is invested synchronously including 3 9-story buildings and 9 3-story buildings. When completed, the project will provide 848 social housing apartments for rent with areas from 25m2 - 70m2. According to the approved schedule, the project will be completed and put into use in the fourth quarter of 2028.

At the same time, closely coordinate with functional agencies and local authorities, comply with the provisions of law, strive to put the project into operation according to plan, contributing to ensuring social security and promoting socio-economic development of the locality.
The simultaneous implementation of the above projects is of great significance in expanding the province's social housing fund and rental housing, meeting the housing needs of people and workers.
At the same time, creating a foundation for Ninh Binh province to complete the goal of developing 6,000 social housing apartments in 2026 and exceed the target assigned by the Prime Minister in the following years.
