I want to request confirmation of being eligible for social housing support policies according to the subjects specified in Clause 10, Article 76 of the Housing Law, I am following Form No. 01.
Where should I bring documents proving that subjects entitled to social housing support policies (applied to subjects specified in Clauses 9, 10, 11, Article 76 of the Housing Law and subjects specified in Clause 5, Article 76 of the Housing Law who do not have labor contracts and do not receive pensions paid by the social insurance agency) to be certified?
Answering this content, after researching, the Department of Housing and Real Estate Market Management (Ministry of Construction) has the following opinions:
Clause 10, Article 76 of the 2023 Housing Law stipulates the subjects entitled to social housing support policies: "Households and individuals subject to land acquisition and must clear and demolish houses according to the provisions of law that have not been compensated by the State with houses and residential land".
Subjects specified in Clauses 9, 10, 11 Article 76 confirm subjects to be entitled to housing support policies implemented according to Form No. 01 of the Appendix issued together with Circular No. 32/2025/TT-BXD dated November 10, 2025 of the Minister of Construction amending and supplementing a number of articles of Circular No. 05/2024/TT-BXD dated July 31, 2024 of the Minister of Construction detailing a number of articles of the Housing Law (amended and supplemented in Circular No. 08/2026/TT-BXD dated February 15, 2026 of the Minister of Construction on amending and supplementing a number of articles of Circulars in the field of housing) by the People's Committee of the commune where the registered permanent or temporary residence or current residence of the declarant is carried out for confirmation.
