The Tan Trao Industrial Cluster project has a scale of nearly 50 hectares with a total cost of more than 680 billion VND, investing in synchronous technical infrastructure according to the detailed plan approved by competent authorities, including transportation system, electricity supply, lighting, water supply, rainwater drainage, wastewater collection and treatment, communication, green trees and other essential works.
When completed, the project will supplement the industrial land fund with synchronous technical infrastructure, creating conditions to attract businesses to invest, expand production, create more jobs for workers, increase budget revenue and promote the economic restructuring of the locality.
Speaking at the groundbreaking ceremony, Mr. Hoang Minh Cuong - Vice Chairman of the City People's Committee expressed his belief that Tan Trao Industrial Cluster will soon form a new face, making practical contributions to the city's double-digit growth target, making the southern area of Hai Phong a dynamic, modern and sustainable industrial and service development space.
To soon put the project into operation and effective use, the Vice Chairman of the City People's Committee requested the investor and contractors to focus the highest resources on finance, human resources, machinery, and equipment; organize scientific and safe construction; ensure the approved progress. The construction process ensures the quality of the project, labor safety, fire prevention and fighting, environmental protection, aesthetics of the project area and minimizes the impact on the lives and activities of surrounding people.
Investors proactively develop plans to promote and attract secondary investment in a selective direction; prioritize projects with advanced technology, clean production, economical and efficient land use, budget contribution, stable job creation and strict compliance with environmental regulations; strive to soon attract and fill industrial land areas with quality, efficient, and sustainable projects.
The Department of Industry and Trade presides over and coordinates with departments, agencies, and branches of the city and Kien Hung commune to promptly resolve problems and difficulties; create the best conditions for investors and construction contractors, ensuring security and order, land, construction, environment, fire prevention and fighting, electricity, water, and transportation connections during the project implementation process.
The Party Committee and People's Committee of Kien Hung commune continue to coordinate with the investor to do a good job of propaganda and mobilization, ensuring the consensus of the people; and at the same time pay attention to supporting vocational training, job conversion, and service development so that local people can directly enjoy the development achievements of the project.
