42 land plots belong to the interspersed auction area on Khuc Tri street, adjacent to Huong Duong Kindergarten, Phu Lien ward. This area is invested in building synchronous technical infrastructure, located in a convenient location, meeting the housing and investment needs of people according to the plan approved by competent authorities.
The total area of 42 land plots is 2,749.11 m2. All are residential land in urban areas, allocated land with land use fees through land use right auctions, long-term use term. The land plot has an area of 62.97 - 111.05 m2.
According to the auction plan, the starting price is determined to be 9 million VND/m2, the total starting price of 42 land plots is 24,741,900,000 VND.
The auction session is organized by raising bids, ensuring publicity, transparency and compliance with the provisions of law on asset auctions.
As a result, all 42 land plots were successfully auctioned. The total winning bid amount was over 108,436,000,000 VND, higher than the total starting price by 83,994,000,000 VND.
The winning auction price of the land plots is much higher than the starting price. The land plot with the highest winning auction price is 57,500,000 VND/m2.
