Nearly 600 ha project in the Southern Coastal Economic Zone
The Tien Lang 1 industrial park project has a total investment of more than 13,000 billion VND, is the largest project with an area of nearly 600 hectares, deployed in Hung Thang commune, belonging to the Southern Coastal Economic Zone. Phase 1 of the project is 416.06 hectares, deploying site clearance and infrastructure construction from the first quarter of 2026 to the second quarter of 2028, starting business from 2027. Phase 2 of the project is deployed on an area of 180.72 hectares, site clearance and infrastructure construction. Phase 2 implementation time is from the fourth quarter of 2027 to 2031, starting business from 2029.
The project to invest in construction and business of infrastructure of Tien Lang 1 Industrial Park is in line with the socio-economic development orientation of Hai Phong and the southern area of the city in the current period, especially the policy of promoting industrial development, attracting investment, forming centralized and modern industrial parks, associated with sustainable development. The project implementation contributes to concretizing the industrial development goals according to the planning and plans approved by competent authorities, in line with the development orientation of the Southern Coastal Economic Zone.
The project plays an important role in effectively exploiting the land fund, attracting domestic and foreign investors, promoting economic restructuring towards industry - service, creating more jobs for local workers, increasing state budget revenue and improving people's income. At the same time, the Project contributes to forming a synchronous technical infrastructure system, creating spillover momentum to promote the development of service, logistics, trade and supporting urban sectors in the region.
The project proposed by Asia Pacific Sustainable Green Development Joint Stock Company is located within the scope of Hai Phong City Free Trade Zone established by Decision No. 4068/QD-UBND dated October 13, 2025 of the City People's Committee. Therefore, the project implementation is not only a normal infrastructure project, but also a strategic "link" with breakthroughs, taking advantage of the "golden time" when the special mechanisms of the National Assembly for the city have just been implemented, creating a premise to make Hai Phong a focus of investment attraction for the whole country and in the region.

Creating jobs for tens of thousands of workers
Along with the Tien Lang 1 industrial park project, Hai Phong simultaneously implements 2 key industrial park projects. In which, the Tien Lang Airport Industrial Park - Zone B project has a scale of 186.49 ha, with a total investment of nearly 2,800 billion VND, located in the development orientation of the Southern Coastal Economic Zone of Hai Phong, concretizing Resolution No. 45-NQ/TW of the Politburo on construction and development of Hai Phong to 2030, vision to 2045.
With the orientation of a supporting industrial park and an ecological industrial park, the project is expected to attract high-quality investment capital, especially in the fields of electronics, mechanical engineering, automobile manufacturing and assembly, and high-tech industry. When put into operation, this industrial park will create thousands of jobs for local workers, improve income and people's lives, and make a large contribution to the state budget through taxes and fees.

The Vinh Quang Industrial Park project (phase 1) is also being implemented with a scale of 226.01 hectares, with a total investment of more than 3,550 billion VND, implemented in communes of Vinh Bao district (old). When put into stable operation, the project is expected to contribute to the state budget estimated at about 1,187 billion VND; total estimated revenue is about 7,691 billion VND.
Not only promoting the shift of local economic structure towards industrialization and modernization, the project is expected to create jobs for about 9,500 workers (including about 475 senior managers, 1,900 intermediate/technical managers and 2,375 skilled workers), contributing to solving employment for idle workers in the locality and neighboring areas, improving income and people's lives.
