The Standing Committee of the City Party Committee decided to transfer 15 grassroots party committees with 4,582 party members currently under the Party Committee of the City People's Committee to directly under the Party Committees of communes and wards.
Accordingly, the Hai Phong Telecommunications Party Committee with 580 party members directly under the Party Committee of Hai An Ward. The Party Committee of Petrolimex Hai Phong Co., Ltd. with 405 party members, the Party Committee of Hai Phong Power Company with 1,728 party members, the Party Committee of Hai Phong Urban Environment Co., Ltd. with 341 party members, the Party Committee of Hai Phong Drainage Co., Ltd. with 182 party members, the Party Committee of Hai Phong Lighting Joint Stock Company with 67 party members, the Party Committee of Hai Phong Water Supply Joint Stock Company with 389 party members directly under the Party Committee of Hong Bang Ward. The Party Committee of Hai Phong Green Park Joint Stock Company with 68 party members directly under the Party Committee of Gia Vien Ward. The Party Committee of Hai Phong Public Works and Tourism Services Joint Stock Company with 93 party members directly under the Party Committee of Do Son Ward. The Party Committee of Hai Phong Public Works and Construction Joint Stock Company with 126 party members directly under the Party Committee of Phu Lien Ward.
The Party Committee of Hai Duong Irrigation Works Exploitation One Member Limited Liability Company with 51 party members directly under the Party Committee of Viet Hoa Ward. The Party Committee of Hai Duong Clean Water Business Joint Stock Company with 341 party members, the Party Committee of Hai Duong Lottery One Member Limited Liability Company with 45 party members directly under the Party Committee of Hai Duong Ward. The Party Committee of Bac Hung Hai Irrigation Works Exploitation One Member Limited Liability Company with 67 party members directly under the Party Committee of Le Thanh Nghi Ward. The Party Committee of Hai Duong Clean Water and Rural Sanitation Joint Stock Company with 99 party members directly under the Party Committee of Thanh Dong Ward.
Speaking at the conference, Mr. Nguyen Hong Vinh, Deputy Head of the City Party Committee's Organization Committee, stated clearly that the transfer of Party organizations and party members from the City People's Committee Party Committee to directly under commune and ward Party Committees shows the seriousness and timeliness of the City Party Committee in implementing the Central Government's policy on arranging and consolidating Party organizations associated with the requirement to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of leadership and management at the grassroots level; and is also a practical and meaningful action for Party building and building the city's political system in the new period.
To ensure the transfer is in accordance with regulations, the Deputy Head of the City Party Committee's Organization Committee requested the City People's Committee Party Committee to direct the completion of the handover in accordance with the decision; closely coordinate with commune and ward party committees to unify a plan to handle contents related to party member dossiers, party fees, personnel work, inspection and supervision to ensure no interruption of party organization activities.
For the Party Committees of communes and wards to receive, manage, and lead newly transferred Party organizations and Party members with the highest sense of responsibility; consider this an important task in Party building at the grassroots level; and at the same time create favorable conditions for Party organizations to promote traditions and make positive contributions to local socio-economic development.
Party organizations are transferred to fully grasp the guidelines, strictly comply with decisions of competent authorities; continue to maintain internal solidarity, maintain the principles of Party organization and activities; uphold the spirit of exemplaryness and responsibility in implementing political tasks; "go wherever, stabilize wherever; stabilize wherever, improve quality wherever", to organize effective operations.
