To implement the site clearance for the Nguyen Trai Bridge Construction Investment Project and the beautification of the surrounding area; the social housing area at Lac Vien Warehouse 3, households whose land was recovered agreed to receive compensation, support and resettlement plans, and promptly hand over the site so that the project can be implemented smoothly.
With the support of the people, Ngo Quyen district created the most favorable conditions for households whose land was recovered to carry out the procedures for granting land use certificates in the resettlement area. This time, the District People's Committee handed over the decision to allocate resettlement land in the resettlement area at Lane 226 Le Lai (May Chai Ward) and the resettlement area under the Social Housing Project at Warehouse 3 Lac Vien to 57 households who completed the documents according to regulations.
At the conference, officials from specialized departments of the district and related units such as the Ngo Quyen - Hai An Regional Tax Department and the Bank directly guided people to carry out procedures and fulfill their obligations according to regulations to be granted land use right certificates.
In addition to the 57 households mentioned above, in the coming time, the People's Committee of Ngo Quyen district will continue to organize the handover of decisions and guide households whose land is recovered to serve projects to carry out procedures for granting resettlement land use right certificates after the households have completed the documents and procedures to be eligible for issuing resettlement land allocation decisions.
