Thanh Xuan Joint Stock Auction Company has just announced an adjustment to the schedule for selling documents, receiving registration, paying deposits and organizing an auction of land use rights for 14 plots of land (area A, C and D) under the project to build technical infrastructure for the land auction area QSD in DG 02/2019, Son Trung village, Yen Son commune, Quoc Oai district (now Quoc Oai commune, Hanoi city, expected to take place on September 27, 2025.
Accordingly, the time for selling and receiving registration documents to participate in the auction is from 8:00 a.m. on September 10, 2025 to 5:00 p.m. on November 26, 2025 (during office hours). The deposit payment period is also from September 10, 2025 to 5:00 p.m. on November 26, 2025.
The auction will be held at 8:30 a.m. on November 29, 2025 at the Center for Culture, Information and Sports of Quoc Oai commune, Hanoi.
It is known that the plots of land have an area of 73.4 - 109m2, a total area of 1,323.1m2. The starting price is 14,605 million VND/m2, equivalent to more than 1 billion VND to over 1.5 billion VND/plot.
The common price step applied to all plots of land in the auctions is 2 million VND/m2. The auction is conducted by direct voting in multiple rounds at the auction, with a minimum of 5 mandatory rounds.
In case in any round before the 5th round, there is a highest valid bid, at least equal to the starting price plus 4 price steps and there is no one bid higher in the next round, that person will be determined to win the auction. The auction method is by bidding up, organizing the auction of each plot of land.
