Ms. Tran Thi Thu (55 years old, living in Ngu Hanh Son district) said that everyone here hopes that the project will be completed soon so that the entire beach area will be spacious and synchronously developed for tourism.
According to Ms. Thu, the project has been under construction for a long time but has not been completed, and grass and trees are growing wildly. Many construction items have only completed the rough concrete frame and are lying motionless, falling into a state of disrepair.
Not only local people, many tourists who love to explore and experience when coming to Tan Tra beach also expressed regret that the "front" of Da Nang City's beautiful sea has not been exploited and exploited to the full potential in recent times.
Ms. Vu Hong Hanh (36 years old, a tourist from Hanoi) informed that Da Nang beach is clean and beautiful, has potential for development, not only international visitors but also tourists from other provinces and cities like her are very excited.
Ms. Vu Hong Hanh said that the project's slow implementation of the sea-attaching project has affected the overall landscape when one side is a relaxing green beach, the other side is unfinished, with unfinished iron frames.
According to Lao Dong reporter's research, according to the introduction information, the Aria Da Nang Hotel & Resort Project started construction in January 2020 and is expected to be completed in the fourth quarter of 2022.
The project has a total investment of about 756 billion VND, invested by Non Nuoc Hanoi Tourism Investment Joint Stock Company, Danh Khoi Group is the project developer.
The scale of the project is about 63,214 m2, including 2 apartment towers of 30 floors; 2 9-storey hotel buildings and 28 beach villas, 1 basement connecting 2 apartment towers.
Notably, in April 2019, the Department of Planning and Investment of Da Nang City approved an extension of the project implementation progress for a period of 24 months, from January 2019 to January 2021 according to regulations. The reason is that the project has been delayed for about 4 years, since 2015.
