The People's Committee of Da Nang City has just issued a Decision approving the investment policy for the public park project north of Phan Dang Luu Street and technical, commercial and service infrastructure in Nai Nam area (Hai Chau district).
Notably, the total estimated investment of this project is up to nearly 1,400 billion VND from the budget.
Of which, the cost of compensation and clearance alone is nearly 1,300 billion VND, the rest is construction costs, equipment, project management costs, contingency costs, etc.
This project aims to ensure connection and completion of technical infrastructure, forming a park area and public space according to the approved plan to connect the community, promote economic development and tourism.
Regarding the investment scale, for the public park north of Phan Dang Luu Street, take advantage of the existing road inside the project, build a new parking bay on the existing road west of the project and two roads with a roadbed of 13.5m, 136m long.
For the technical, commercial and service infrastructure in the Nai Nam area, the existing route within the project will be taken advantage of and new routes will be built with a length of more than 622m, roads with a length of nearly 610m and roads with a length of about 400m.
At the same time, synchronously build a rainwater drainage system, wastewater drainage, water supply system, lighting supply, trees, leveling and other technical infrastructure to promote the investment efficiency of the project.
The People's Committee of Da Nang City has identified this as a group B project, with a project implementation period of 2026-2029.
