According to Lao Dong, on May 27, the Department of Construction of Da Nang City announced the opening of social housing for sale at blocks A and B of the An Trung 2 apartment project for low-income people (An Hai Nam ward, Son Tra district).
Notably, in this sale, a total of 633 apartments were allowed to be sold on the market, block A has 288 apartments and block B has 345 apartments. These apartments are being sold for more than 16.2 million VND/m2, including a 5% value added tax but excluding 2% maintenance costs and the K floor coefficient.
According to the attached list, the lowest selling price of apartments is over VND820 million, while the highest price is over VND1 billion/apartment.
It is known that the low-income apartment project in An Trung 2 residential area is invested by a joint venture of Duc Manh Joint Stock Company and 579 Investment and Construction Joint Stock Company (mmC - 579) as the investor.
The project has a scale of 3 apartment blocks with a total of 957 apartments. Block A has 18 floors, block B has 15 floors and block C has 12 floors.

At the end of February 2025, the Department of Construction of Da Nang City also announced the opening of 250 apartments for sale at the social housing apartment project at lot B4-1, in Bau Tram Lakeside Green Urban Area (Hoa Hiep Nam Ward, Lien Chieu District).
Each apartment here has an area of 35.5-68 m2/apartment, with 1-3 bedrooms. The selling price ranges from only 518 million VND to nearly 1 billion VND/unit (including VAT and 2% maintenance fee).
At the press conference of the first quarter of 2025 on April 11, Mr. Nguyen Ha Nam - Director of the Department of Construction of Da Nang City - said that in March, the city completed the social housing apartment project for people with revolutionary contributions on Vu Mong Nguyen Street (Ngu Hanh Son District) with 209 apartments and will soon have 191 more apartments when phase 2 is completed.
Da Nang City also decided to upgrade workers' housing in Hoa Cam Industrial Park (phase 1), adding 184 more apartments to the social housing supply.
At the same time, continue to propose the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor to implement the Hoa Cam Industrial Park Social Housing Project (phase 2) with about 500 apartments.
Da Nang City is reviewing and repairing the fire prevention and fighting system at the West and West Concentrated Boarding Area Project (Hoa Khanh Industrial Park, Lien Chieu District) to accept, hand over, and put into use with the purpose of social housing for workers and laborers with 728 apartments.
Director of the Department of Construction of Da Nang City Nguyen Ha Nam added that the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor is planning to implement the Social Housing and Trade Union Institution Project in Lien Chieu District, with a scale of about 730 apartments on a total area of 2.31 hectares.
With the above projects, Da Nang City will meet the target of 1,500 social housing apartments in 2025, according to the target assigned by the Prime Minister.
