In Decision No. 1608/QD-UBND, dated May 24, 2025, the People's Committee of Quang Ninh province approved the investment policy for the Social Housing project at a 20% land fund under the Northwest Housing Group Project on Tran Thai Tong street, Cao Xanh ward, Ha Long city.
Accordingly, the investment form is bidding to select investors. The project's goal is to solve the social housing needs of subjects according to the provisions of Article 76 of the Housing Law. The land use area is about 4,200m2, of which the maximum construction land is 3,150 m2.
There will be 2 apartment buildings built here, of which one is a maximum of 10 floors high, the remaining building is a maximum of 20 floors high with a total of 300 apartments for sale to about 900 people.
The total investment capital is about 592 billion VND (outside the state budget). The implementation period is from 2025 to 2027. The project operation period is 50 years from the date the investor is decided to allocate land and decide to lease land.
Meanwhile, in Decision No. 1609/QD-UBND, dated May 24, 2025, the People's Committee of Quang Ninh province approved the investment policy for social housing projects at land funds under the Urban Area Project in Cao Thang, Ha Khanh and Ha Lam wards, Ha Long city. This project is also implemented in the form of bidding to select investors. Construction location in Ha Khanh ward.
The total land area used by the project is 15,255.6 m2. There will be built a 19-storey apartment building, including 2 floors of the base block, 17 floors of the tower block and technical attic, with 850 apartments (including apartments for sale, rent...), for about 3,400 people.
The total investment capital of the project is expected to be over 967 billion dong (non -budget capital). The project's operating time is 50 years from the date the investor receives the decision to allocate land and the decision to lease land. It is expected to organize investor selection, complete the investment preparation procedures from the quarter of 1.2025 to the quarter of 2,2025.
Basic construction progress from the fourth quarter of 2025 to the third quarter of 2027. The project is expected to be put into operation in the fourth quarter of 2027.
