The Kim Thanh Commune Compensation, Support and Resettlement Council (Hai Phong City) has just organized the payment of compensation and support for agricultural land and crops on land to carry out site clearance for the Dong Cam New Residential Area Project (phase 6).
In this phase, 77 households received compensation and support for the recovered agricultural land area and assets and crops on land. The total disbursed cost is more than 20 billion VND. The disbursement process is carried out publicly, transparently, to the right beneficiaries, in accordance with the law, ensuring the legitimate rights and interests of the people.
The Dong Cam New Residential Area project has a scale of 44.44ha, invested by Hai Duong - Hai Phong Investment and Development Joint Stock Company. This is one of the key projects of the locality, expected to contribute to completing the technical infrastructure system, social infrastructure, expanding urban space and creating motivation to promote socio-economic development in the area.
Over the past time, the Party Committee and government of Kim Thanh commune have focused on leading and directing site clearance work with the involvement of the entire political system. In particular, the consensus of people in Minh Tien, Quang Binh and Phi Gia villages has contributed to helping site clearance work achieve many positive results.
However, there are still some households in Phi Gia village that have not coordinated to review and count the area of land, trees and crops, although they have been propagated and mobilized many times by the local government. In the coming time, Kim Thanh Commune People's Committee, the Compensation, Support and Resettlement Council and propaganda groups will continue to promote mobilization work, create consensus for households to hand over land soon, ensuring project implementation progress.
The organization of the 6th phase of compensation and support payments continues to demonstrate the determination of Kim Thanh commune in accelerating site clearance work, creating favorable conditions for investors to implement projects according to plan, contributing to building an increasingly civilized and modern locality.
